Alpharetta, Ga. – October 12, 2026 -- Hisense's PX4 Pro 4K Triple Laser ultra short throw projector is now on sale in the US for $3,999.99 MSRP, through shop.hisense-usa.com, Amazon and Best Buy. It brings the company's TriChroma RGB technology to a projector that sits close to the wall and throws an 80-inch to 200-inch image.
Three lasers drive the picture
The PX4 Pro uses the LPU Digital Laser Engine 3.0, with separate red, green and blue lasers. Hisense says this setup reaches up to 118% of the BT.2020 color space.
David Gold, Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy General Manager at Hisense USA, described the projector as a continuation of the company's "color-first innovation."
It is built for rooms that are not fully dark
Brightness is rated at 3,500 ANSI lumens, which Hisense says removes the need for blackout curtains. For dark scenes, the CineBlack Pro system combines a 7-level adjustable iris lens with a 6500:1 contrast ratio. Hisense says this preserves shadow detail and keeps bright scenes balanced even with ambient light in the room.
Cinema formats and sound come built in
The projector supports IMAX Enhanced, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Its audio is tuned by Devialet, and it runs the VIDAA OS smart platform.
It is the first FreeSync Premium UST laser projector
Hisense calls the PX4 Pro the world's first ultra short throw laser projector certified by FreeSync Premium. The certification targets lag and screen tearing during fast-moving gameplay on a screen of up to 200 inches.
