The X9 Series hit a 77% peak share in Malaysia
ASEAN Records certified the achievement for the RM1,450–RM1,700 segment, covering February 2023 to March 2026. According to HONOR, the series reached a peak market share of 77% in February 2026, up from 56%. The run spans several generations, starting with the HONOR X9 in Malaysia in 2022 and continuing through the X9a, X9b, X9c and X9d.
Ethan Chen, CEO of HONOR Malaysia, accepted the recognition on stage on 24 September 2026 at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown. He said HONOR has invested heavily in after-sales protection to give buyers "greater peace of mind" when purchasing.
The X9e Pro is built to survive drops and water
The phone is designed to withstand drops of up to 3 metres and carries an SGS 5-Star Drop Resistance in Harsh Conditions certification. It also has IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K water and dust ratings.
