Hong Kong – September 17, 2026 -- Momax has won the 2026 IFA Innovation Award for Best in Mobility for its 1-Power S.Pass2 Air, a magnetic wireless power bank measuring just 6.0 mm thick.

The device snaps onto magnetic-compatible phones or slides into a pocket or clutch, combining certified Qi2 high-speed wireless charging with a minimalist stainless steel finish. Momax launched the product alongside a new color line called the Dusky Cherry capsule collection, aimed at travelers and tech users.
This is Momax's second straight year taking top honors at IFA Berlin
The company has also picked up the iF Design Award 2026, the Golden Pin Design Award 2025, TechRadar Picks 2026 and CES Picks 2026, according to the announcement.
A new safety framework targets risks in high-density battery cells
Momax introduced its SS Assurance Mark, built on three requirements: certified semi-solid-state cells, proprietary thermal and mechanical puncture testing, and compliance with international standards including GB 38031:2025, UN38.3, CCC and RoHS. The company says this is meant to sustain high-output performance under demanding travel conditions.
Future power banks will sync with a companion smartphone app
Upcoming Momax devices will integrate with the Recharge Hub app, giving users real-time data on battery health, wattage output and operating temperature directly from their phones.
