Boston – November 02, 2026 -- Overseas Adventure Travel (O.A.T.) is offering savings of up to $4,000 per person on select small group adventures and small ship cruises, with discounts on all 2027 departures. The Black Friday Sale started Nov. 2 and was set to end Nov. 30, but it now runs through Dec. 4. Travelers need to mention code BLACKFRIDAY26 when booking.
Two ways to save on 2027 departures
The first offer takes up to $4,000 per person off January to July 2027 departures. The second gives $500 per person plus up to 10% off all 2027 departures through the Good Buy Plan.
Five trips show the price cuts
- Ancient Egypt & the Nile River: $3,599, down from $6,599. The 14-night trip includes a 7-night Nile cruise on a privately chartered, 75-passenger small ship.
- Morocco Sahara Odyssey: $1,999, down from $4,499. The 14-night trip includes a night camping in the Sahara and a camel ride.
- Ultimate Africa: Botswana, Zambia & Zimbabwe Safari: $2,699, down from $5,699. The 15-night trip offers up to 19 game-viewing drives.
- Sicily's Ancient Landscapes & Timeless Traditions: $2,799, down from $4,299. The 14-night trip includes a vintage Fiat 500 tour through Modica.
- Japan's Cultural Treasures: $5,999, down from $7,999. The 13-night trip includes a bullet train ride and a tea ceremony with a Buddhist monk.
Most solo travelers pay no single supplement
Half of O.A.T. travelers book on their own. Of the company's 25,000 single spaces, 92% carry no solo premium. Single supplements are also free on every trip extension and stopover.
Groups cap at 16 on land and 25 at sea
Land adventures carry no more than 16 travelers, averaging 13. Small ships carry no more than 25 travelers, averaging 22. Every adventure is led by a local Trip Experience Leader with expertise in local history, culture and nature, and support is available 24/7.
Prices exclude airfare and apply to select departures
All promoted prices are listed without air. The Good Buy Plan requires payment in full by check or electronic funds transfer. It offers up to 10% for reservations made 15 or more months before departure, steps down monthly, and does not apply within 90 days of departure.
