DUVA ONE: AI Earbuds That Adjust Sound While You Sleep, Launching for $349.99

Berlin – September 10, 2026 -- Fitnexa unveiled DUVA ONE at IFA Berlin 2026, an in-ear sleep system designed to adjust noise cancellation and audio playback throughout the night based on real-time body and room data. The earbuds are set to launch in October 2026 at a target price of $349.99, with availability planned for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.

The earbuds react to snoring, traffic, and body movement overnight

Unlike most sleep wearables that only report data after waking, DUVA ONE is built to intervene during sleep itself. A user might fall asleep to a podcast streamed over Bluetooth; once asleep, the device can switch to locally stored sleep audio to save power. If a partner starts snoring or street noise rises, the earbuds can adjust active noise cancellation (ANC) or trigger sound masking automatically.

PPG and motion sensors track heart rate, HRV, and sleep position

In-ear PPG and motion sensors estimate sleep stages while tracking heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep position, and movement. The charging case adds environmental monitoring -- ambient noise, light, temperature, and humidity. An AI agent combines these signals with playback status and user preferences to select the appropriate response in real time.

Noise cancellation reaches up to 42 decibels

Combining passive isolation, hybrid ANC, and sleep audio, DUVA ONE claims noise reduction of up to 42 dB, alongside a transparency mode and adaptive ANC calibration. Each earbud weighs about 3.3 grams with a flat, 9.9mm-tall design; two eartip shapes and multiple sizes of tips and stabilizing wings allow for more than 40 fit combinations aimed at side sleepers.

Battery lasts up to 16 hours in low-power mode

The earbuds offer up to 13 hours of local audio playback with ANC off, or 9.5 hours with ANC on, totaling up to 16 hours in the most efficient configuration. The USB-C and wireless charging case adds up to five additional charges. A private offline alarm gradually increases in volume and wakes only the wearer, with snooze options of 5, 10, or 15 minutes controlled via earbud touch controls, without needing an active phone connection.

DUVA ONE avoids recording conversations or ambient audio

Fitnexa states the device does not record conversations, store ambient sound, or upload raw environmental audio. Users can disable individual sensors and delete historical data through the companion app, which also controls sleep audio content, playback duration, and ANC strategy.

Fitnexa founder Diego said sleep does not occur in a static environment, and sleep technology should not remain static either -- a principle he said shaped DUVA ONE's design to respond during sleep rather than only after it.
