Berlin – September 10, 2026 -- Fitnexa unveiled DUVA ONE, a pair of in-ear sleep earbuds that adjust noise cancellation and audio while a person is still asleep, at IFA Berlin 2026. The system is set to launch in October 2026 at a target retail price of $349.99, with availability planned for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.
Unlike most sleep wearables that report on sleep after the user wakes up, DUVA ONE is built to respond during the night itself. The earbuds pair with a charging case equipped with an ambient sensor and a companion app to monitor conditions and adjust in real time.
The earbuds track heart rate, body position, and room noise simultaneously
PPG and motion sensors inside the earbuds estimate sleep stages and record heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep position, and movement. The case separately tracks noise, light, temperature, and humidity in the room. An AI agent combines these signals with playback status and personal preferences to decide how to respond, such as switching from a Bluetooth podcast to locally stored sleep audio once the user falls asleep, or increasing active noise cancellation if a partner starts snoring or traffic noise rises.
Noise reduction reaches 42 decibels with hybrid active cancellation
DUVA ONE combines passive isolation, hybrid active noise cancellation, and sleep audio for up to 42 dB of noise reduction, alongside a transparency mode and adaptive ANC calibration. Each earbud weighs about 3.3 grams with a low-profile 9.9mm design, and two cushion shapes plus multiple tip and stabilizing wing sizes create more than 40 fit configurations for side sleepers.
Battery lasts up to 16 hours depending on ANC use
The most energy-efficient setting delivers up to 16 hours of use, including 13 hours of local audio playback with ANC off and 9.5 hours with ANC on. The USB-C and wireless charging case adds up to five additional recharges.
A private alarm wakes only the wearer, no phone connection required
The offline alarm gradually increases in volume and offers 5, 10, or 15-minute snooze options controlled directly from the earbuds, without needing an active phone connection.
Fitnexa says DUVA ONE does not record conversations, store ambient audio, or upload raw ambient sound. Users can disable individual sensors and delete historical data through the app.
