Berlin – – September 09, 2026 -- Fitnexa unveiled DUVA ONE at IFA Berlin 2026, an in-ear sleep system that adjusts noise cancellation and audio in real time while a person sleeps, rather than only reporting sleep data the next morning. The device is set to launch in October 2026 at a target retail price of $349.99, with initial availability planned for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.
The earbuds respond to a partner's snoring or street noise as it happens
DUVA ONE lets users start the night streaming a podcast over Bluetooth, then automatically switches to locally stored sleep audio once they fall asleep to save power. If a partner starts snoring or traffic outside gets louder, the system can raise active noise cancellation (ANC) or add sound masking without the user waking to adjust it manually.
Sensors in the earbuds and charging case track more than just the wearer
In-ear PPG and motion sensors estimate sleep stages while tracking heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep position, and movement. The charging case itself monitors ambient noise, light, temperature, and humidity, feeding that data to an AI Agent that decides how to respond alongside playback status and user preferences.
Noise reduction reaches up to 42 dB across three layers
Passive isolation, Hybrid ANC, and sleep audio combine for up to 42 dB of noise reduction, with a Transparency Mode and adaptive ANC calibration available. Each earbud weighs about 3.3 grams with a roughly 9.9 mm low-profile shape, and more than 40 fit configurations are offered across two ear-tip shapes with multiple tip and stabilizing-wing sizes for side sleepers.
Battery life extends to 16 hours with case recharges included
The most power-efficient configuration delivers up to 16 hours of use, including 13 hours of local audio with ANC off and 9.5 hours with ANC on. The USB-C and wireless charging case adds up to five additional recharges. A private offline alarm wakes only the wearer through gradually increasing volume, with 5, 10, or 15-minute snooze options controlled directly on the earbuds.
The company says it avoids recording ambient sound
Fitnexa states DUVA ONE does not record conversations, store ambient audio, or upload raw environmental audio. Users can disable individual sensors and delete historical data through the DUVA App. "Sleep does not happen in a static environment, so sleep technology should not remain static either," said Diego, Founder of Fitnexa.
