DUVA Unveils AI Sleep Earbuds That Adapt to Snoring in Real Time

Berlin – September 10, 2026 -- DUVA, a brand created by Fitnexa, unveiled its DUVA ONE sleep earbuds at IFA Berlin 2026, with a planned launch in October 2026 at a target retail price of $349.99.

Unlike wearables that only analyze sleep after waking, DUVA ONE is built to respond during the night itself. The system pairs low-profile in-ear buds with a sensing charging case and a companion app to detect changes in the sleeper and the bedroom, then adjust sound and noise control accordingly.

The earbuds shift from podcasts to sleep sounds automatically

A user can fall asleep listening to a podcast over Bluetooth; once asleep, DUVA ONE switches to locally stored sleep audio and optimizes power use. If a partner starts snoring or movement gets louder, the device can adjust active noise cancellation or add sound masking. In the morning, a built-in standalone alarm wakes only the wearer without needing an active phone connection.

In-ear sensors track heart rate, movement, and room conditions

In-ear PPG and motion sensors estimate sleep stages while tracking heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep position, and movement. The case itself monitors noise, light, temperature, and humidity. An AI agent combines these signals with playback status and personal preferences to choose how the device responds, with users retaining control over sleep sound, playback duration, noise-cancellation strategy, and nighttime interventions through the DUVA app.

"Sleep does not happen in a static environment, so sleep technology should not stay static either," said Diego, founder of Fitnexa. "DUVA ONE is designed to respond during sleep."

Noise reduction reaches up to 42 decibels

Passive isolation, hybrid active noise cancellation, and sleep sound combine for up to 42 dB of noise reduction, alongside a transparency mode and adaptive ANC calibration. Each earbud weighs about 3.3 grams and measures roughly 9.9 mm, with two shell shapes and multiple tip and wing sizes offering more than 40 fit configurations for side sleepers.

Battery lasts up to 16 hours in low-power mode

DUVA ONE offers up to 16 hours of battery life in its most efficient configuration, including 13 hours of local audio with ANC off and 9.5 hours with ANC on. The USB-C charging case adds up to five additional charges. The alarm gradually increases in volume and includes 5, 10, or 15-minute snooze options controlled via the earbuds.

DUVA states the device does not record conversations, store ambient sound, or upload raw environmental audio, and users can disable individual sensors or delete historical data. The product's initial target markets include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.
