Shenzhen – October 13, 2026 -- Mibro's new AeroPace running smartwatch, priced from 149.99 EUR, goes on sale October 13, 2026 through the company's official channels. It ships with Mibro Coach, an AI-driven training system built for beginner runners.
Mibro Coach was developed by the Mibro Sports Science Lab. It pairs sports physiology models with AI agents and covers the full training cycle: assessment, planning, execution, recovery and review.
The watch assesses ability, not just workouts
Mibro Coach evaluates runners with the VDOT running ability index and an estimated VO2max as a general fitness reference. It also predicts race times from 5K to marathon and identifies an individual training focus. Using training history, daily routines and user preferences, the system's recommendations become more personalized over time.
More than 20 training plans adapt to sleep and fatigue
Plans are goal-based and run from four to 20 weeks. Daily sessions adjust to sleep, fatigue and training status, and the system recommends lower intensity or extra recovery when needed. Runners can choose from five AI coaches, each with its own coaching style.
Running dynamics feed a post-run report
During runs, the watch tracks cadence, stride length, ground contact time, vertical oscillation and other running dynamics. After each session, Mibro Coach combines those metrics with training load, heart rate variability and sleep quality. The resulting analysis highlights strengths and areas for improvement, and suggests possible training-related factors and general next steps.
"Just Talk" enables multi-turn chats with the coach
Through the "Just Talk" feature, runners can hold natural, multi-turn conversations with their AI coach. Proactive alerts help them respond to changes in training status.
Mibro says the features are intended for general fitness training and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
