Criteria included power, torque, refinement, efficiency and innovation. The judges praised the Trailseeker for smooth operation, range, available power and acceleration.
Judges call the Trailseeker a 'sleeper' that hits like a muscle car

He added that its range estimates hold up well in real-world driving, including on the interstate, and that Subaru keeps the price reasonable for the capability.
