A Houston community run kicked off the celebration on September 19
Academy and Brooks partnered with Loose Lace Run Club to host "Roll Call," an event in Houston -- Academy's hometown -- where runners tried Brooks products and connected with the local running community.
Online shoppers can earn a $25 gift card with qualifying purchases
From September 21 through October 4, customers who spend $150 or more on Brooks footwear, apparel or socks via desktop, mobile or the Academy app are eligible for a $25 Academy eGift card, subject to terms and conditions.
Frank Fanelli, Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager at Academy, said Brooks has been a trusted partner for years and that Brooks Month gives the retailer a chance to showcase the brand's range while celebrating the running community.
Throughout the campaign, Academy will highlight specific products across its Brooks assortment to help customers find gear for race training, run clubs or everyday comfort.
