New York – September 12, 2026 -- The Farmer's Dog has signed a multi-year deal to become the NFL's first-ever Official Pet Food Partner, launching a campaign starring New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo and his senior rescue dog, Duke.
The campaign follows a running back and his rescue dog through everyday life
The launch spot shows Skattebo and Duke, longtime customers of The Farmer's Dog, through early mornings, long drives, and recovery routines that predate his NFL career. The ad also features his Dachshund puppies, Cheech and Daizy.
"I've had Duke for every high and every low. He's been my teammate long before football became my career," Skattebo said, adding that he started feeding Duke The Farmer's Dog to give him as many healthy years as possible.
The partnership extends across the NFL season's biggest events
Fans can expect exclusive content and experiences tied to Super Bowl LXI, the NFL Combine, and the NFL Draft, according to the company. The deal also includes community initiatives through NFL programs such as My Cause My Cleats, NFL Salute to Service, and NFL FLAG.
Tracie Rodburg, senior vice president of global partnerships at the NFL, said dogs are an important part of many families and that The Farmer's Dog will help the league celebrate their role in fans' lives throughout the season.
The deal adds to a growing list of high-profile partnerships
The Farmer's Dog already serves as the Official Pet Food of the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and counts NASCAR champion Ryan Blaney and tennis player Jess Pegula among its partners. The company's Super Bowl commercial, "Forever," earned an Emmy nomination and won the USA Today Ad Meter.
Jonathan Regev, CEO and co-founder of The Farmer's Dog, said the partnership gives the company a chance to show millions more people an alternative to ultra-processed dog food.
