Paris – September 09, 2026 -- French enduro champion Mathias Bellino is opening a new chapter in his off-road career with support from Segway Powersports, which has provided him with a Super Villain SX20T side-by-side vehicle.
Bellino built a decorated career before a 2018 crash ended professional racing
Bellino won the Enduro Junior World Championship in 2012 and the Enduro E3 World Championship in 2015. He was also part of French teams that won the ISDE Junior World Trophy three consecutive years, from 2011 to 2013. Raised in a family passionate about motorcycles, he started riding at age four before moving through motocross into elite enduro competition.
In August 2018, during his first cross-country rally, the Desafío Ruta 40 in Argentina, Bellino crashed and suffered severe spinal injuries while working toward his goal of competing in the Rallye Dakar. The accident ended his career as a professional racer.
He stayed connected to the sport as a team manager before this new venture
Following his injury, Bellino returned to the EnduroGP paddock as team manager for Honda ORC, finding ways to remain active in the off-road scene despite no longer racing himself.
The Super Villain SX20T now gives him another way to experience terrain off the road. The side-by-side shifts the focus to what drew him to the sport in the first place: being in nature, exploring landscapes, and sharing that experience with others.
For Bellino, this chapter is not about reliving the past but about moving forward on his own terms. Segway Powersports is backing the effort through a shared belief in exploration and its "Fear No Place" ethos.
