High Schooler's AI App TennisAC Joins Miami Academy Training

Miami – November 03, 2026 -- Students at NOVA Tennis Academy in Florida will start using TennisAC, an AI app that analyzes smartphone videos of their strokes and suggests fixes, during their regular training sessions.

A sophomore built the app to expose technical mistakes

Alex Chudakov, a sophomore at David Posnack Jewish Day School in South Florida and a competitive tennis player, created TennisAC to help athletes understand their technical errors and find areas to improve.

The browser-based app analyzes smartphone clips of up to 60 seconds. It covers serves, forehands, backhands, rallies, and point play. It then generates performance scores and recommends technique and tactical adjustments.

A coach spotted the app and began working with its creator

Dmitry Bezpamiatnyi directs the academy's new training programs. He created the SensoryStrength Training (SST) methodology, wrote a book on it, and invented a patented balance platform for rehabilitation and neuromuscular training. More than ten sports clubs, clinics, and academies in Europe and the United States use his methodology and equipment. After discovering TennisAC, he began collaborating with Chudakov to add AI-assisted analysis to NOVA's existing approach.

NOVA's five locations serve more than 360 participants

NOVA is an official provider of tennis and pickleball programs in Florida. CEO Karyna Krykunenko leads the academy, which accepts children from age two. Programs include competitive training, an in-house league, and tournaments. The academy also tracks each student's progress and developing skills with its Tennis Passport system.

After a presentation of TennisAC at the academy, students will test the app in training. They will use its analysis to find weaknesses, adjust their technique, and adapt their training, working on specific areas alongside their coaches.
