Buffalo, N.Y. – September 03, 2026 -- New Era and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen have launched the 2026 Billustration Collection, eight caps designed by children receiving care at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo (GCH Buffalo), with every purchase benefiting the Patricia Allen Fund at the hospital.
The caps are available now at neweracap.com, the New Era Buffalo Store, the New Era SoHo Flagship Store, Buffalo Bills Highmark Stadium, and select retail partners.
Eight children turned personal memories into wearable art
The designs come from young patients Jack, Mason, Charlotte, Isaac, Avery, Amar'e, Killian, Caleb and Grace. Allen will debut each design during his tunnel walk at a corresponding Bills home game, starting September 17, 2026 against the Detroit Lions and running through a January 2027 matchup against the New York Jets.
Last year's campaign raised $140,230 for the hospital fund
The 2025 Billustration campaign generated $140,230 for the Patricia Allen Fund. Allen became New Era's first-ever "Director of Billustration" last season and the first brand ambassador to receive an investment stake in the company.
Fans can now collect all eight designs across three cap styles
For the first time, the collection spans three silhouettes: the 9SEVENTY, the 59FIFTY, and a kids' 9FORTY, allowing fans to collect every design rather than a single cap.
"Knowing fans can now collect every design and wear them alongside me all season makes it even more special as we continue to support the Patricia Allen Fund and the amazing care provided at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo," Allen said.
Danielle Koch, Executive Director at the New Era Cap Foundation, said the initiative gives the children's creativity a platform while supporting families at the hospital. Dr. Stephen Turkovich, president of GCH Buffalo, said donations from the campaign help the hospital enhance equipment and support patient programs.
