Waco – October 01, 2026 -- Topgolf is converting McLane Stadium into a temporary golf and fan entertainment venue from October 29 through November 1, marking the first Topgolf Live Stadium Series event in the Big 12 and at a Texas college.
Up to 22 hitting bays will fill the stadium field
Guests can hit golf balls toward interactive targets set up on the field and compete for prizes, part of the Topgolf Live Experience installed directly inside the Baylor Bears' home stadium.
A Friday night watch party starts at 6:30 p.m. on October 30
The in-stadium event will show the Baylor-UCF football game on the big screen. Access comes included with any Topgolf Live experience ticket, or fans can buy a standalone ticket just for the watch party.
VIP packages unlock the locker room and recruiting lounge
Select ticket tiers give fans exclusive access to the Locker Room and Behringer Recruiting Lounge, plus photo opportunities and other Baylor-themed add-ons. Dedicated concourses, branded Fanfest Central, will offer food, drinks and football programming on the stadium's videoboard. Companies and alumni groups can also book premium hospitality packages for clients and employees.
Jason Cook, Baylor's vice president for marketing and communications and chief marketing officer, said the collaboration gives fans an unexpected way to experience McLane Stadium.
Topgolf CEO David McKillips called the Baylor event a milestone, tying the activation to the company's support of Baylor's NIL program and broader efforts to expose student-athletes to careers in sports, entertainment, hospitality, media and event production.
MELT, an Atlanta-based sports and NIL marketing agency, has been named agency of record for bay host and event execution on the Stadium Series.
Ticket details, corporate packages and additional programming will be announced at a later date.
