Dallas – September 15, 2026 -- AT&T is offering new and existing customers up to $1,200 off the iPhone 18 Pro with an eligible trade-in, regardless of the device's condition. Customers who switch to AT&T can also receive up to $800 toward paying off their current phone balance, and ordering online adds a $200-per-line discount.
The carrier is rolling out the full iPhone 18 lineup, including the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the iPhone Duo, Apple's first foldable iPhone. The Duo opens to a 7.6-inch inner display and closes to a 5.4-inch outer screen, runs on the A20 Pro chip, and comes in star white and night sky finishes. The 18 Pro and Pro Max feature a new 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture and ship in black, silver, glacier, and a new burgundy color.
AT&T backs the launch with a network outage guarantee
AT&T says it is the first provider to guarantee both fiber and wireless service, automatically crediting customer bills in the event of a network outage. With the iPhone 18 lineup, AT&T customers will proactively receive an Apple notification and bill credit if an outage occurs, linking to AT&T's outage support site.
"We earn our customers' trust every day through the seamless experiences we deliver," said Jenifer Robertson, executive vice president and general manager of AT&T Consumer, adding that the guarantee applies whether customers are upgrading or switching networks for the first time.
Next Up Anytime lets customers upgrade phones for $10 a month
Through AT&T's Next Up Anytime program, customers can trade in their current phone for a new model up to three times within a 12-month period for $10 a month, without owing the remaining installment balance. The company's Unlimited Your Way plans let customers mix and match data allotments per line, with plans starting at 5GB of high-speed data and up to 250GB of hotspot data per line.
First responders get dedicated priority access through FirstNet
AT&T is extending the iPhone 18 deals to FirstNet subscribers, the network built for public safety agencies. The new iPhone models are FirstNet Ready, giving first responders dedicated coverage and priority access across Band 14 spectrum and AT&T's commercial bands. Individual FirstNet responders can save up to 20% for family members added to their plans.
The iPhone Duo and iPhone 18 Pro models use eSIM technology exclusively, freeing up internal space that Apple says adds roughly two additional hours of video playback battery life. The new iPhones are available in AT&T stores, online at ATT.com, and through the AT&T app.
