ZLINE's Scratch-Resistant Induction Range Wins a Kitchen Award
Reno – October 28, 2026 -- ZLINE Kitchen and Bath's 36-inch Paramount Induction Range (model SINR36) has been named a winner in Good Housekeeping's 2027 Kitchen Awards. The freestanding stainless steel range combines a five-element induction cooktop with a 5.2 cu. ft. electric convection oven.
The glass cooktop is rated 7.5 on the Mohs scale
The range's defining feature is a nanotechnology-reinforced, anti-scratch glass surface. ZLINE says the glass is harder than quartz and comparable to high-carbon steel, so it stands up to heavy cookware. An anti-glare matte coating cuts reflections from overhead lighting and resists fingerprints and oil buildup, which makes cleanup easier.
Five induction elements heat cookware directly
Unlike traditional gas or electric cooktops, induction heats the pan itself. ZLINE says this gives instant response, rapid boiling and searing, and better safety and energy efficiency.
