Orem, Utah – October 19, 2026 -- Bucked Up, which the company calls the #1 pre-workout in the U.S., is now sold at Target for the first time, with 15 products in about 1,848 stores nationwide and on Target.com. Shoppers will find it in the sporting goods section, next to the gear.
A 2016 startup is now a $450 million brand
Bucked Up launched in 2016 with labels that disclose every ingredient and every dose. According to the company, it is now a $450 million brand with more than 100,000 retail locations. The formulas and labels are the same ones sold elsewhere. Assortment varies by store.
Erin Bettner, the brand's Chief Marketing Officer, said Target lets Bucked Up bring its no-shortcuts standard to millions of shoppers where they already buy fitness gear.
The lineup covers pre-workout, creatine and protein
Three pre-workouts anchor the range:
- Bucked Up Pre-Workout in Blood Raz and Blue Raz, 25 servings.
- Big Bucks in Maxed Out Mango and Rocket Pop, 20 servings.
- Babe Pre-Workout in Lavender Lemonade, made for women by women, 25 servings.
Creatine comes in three formats: Essentials Creatine Monohydrate (Unflavored or Fruit Punch, 50 servings), Creatine Candy (24 servings) and Creatine Gummy Bucks (25 servings).
The ready-to-drink Lightly Carbonated Protein comes in 16oz cans in six flavors: Orange Cream, Rainbow Candy, Peach Mango, Banana Pineapple, Cherry Limeade and Green Apple.
Creatine can be scooped, chewed or swallowed as a gummy
The unflavored Essentials Creatine Monohydrate is NSF Certified for Sport. NSF independently tests it to confirm the label matches the contents and screens it for substances banned in sport. It is made in an NSF-audited facility. Each serving holds one ingredient: 5g of micronized creatine monohydrate, with no fillers.
Creatine Candy needs no shaker, water or mixing. The same 5,000mg of micronized creatine monohydrate comes in five chewable tablets a day, in Blue Raz, Green Apple, Watermelon and Tropical Blast. The company says it is third-party tested, non-GMO and gluten-free. Creatine Gummy Bucks delivers 5,000mg per serving.
The protein drink is clear and lightly carbonated, not creamy
The Lightly Carbonated Protein skips the thick shake format. Each can has 25g of protein.
