Burlington – October 30, 2026 -- Festival fans who can't attend can now pass their Front Gate Tickets pass to another fan at exactly the price they paid, with nothing added on top. CashorTrade, the face-value ticket marketplace, has integrated with Front Gate Tickets, the Austin-based ticketing company behind festivals including Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Bourbon & Beyond, Lost Lands and Ultra Music Festival.
Tickets are checked directly with Front Gate
The integration brings CashorTrade's Verified Face Value Resale, technology it pioneered with Ticketmaster, to Front Gate events. Here is how it works:
- Tickets are authenticated directly with Front Gate Tickets to confirm they are legitimate.
- Original purchase prices, including fees, are checked against the original transaction.
- Listings are capped at face value or below, so there are no markups.
- Sold tickets are reissued to the buyer in the CashorTrade app.
Multi-day passes get a face-value exit
Festival passes are a multi-day investment and are usually planned months ahead. CashorTrade CEO and founder Brando Rich said fans can now hand a pass to another fan at face value, "verified at the source."
Ticketmaster's festival chief backs the verification
Andrew Sider, EVP of Festivals and General Admission at Ticketmaster, said extending Front Gate Tickets' verification process to CashorTrade gives fans another trusted place to buy and sell legitimate tickets at face value or below.
CashorTrade stays independent and fan-to-fan
Every listing still follows CashorTrade's Face Value Policy. Front Gate joins Ticketmaster and other CashorTrade integration partners.
For fans, the integration means authenticated tickets at face value and a safe way to resell when plans change. For festivals, it means face-value resale through the ticketing company they already use, and greater confidence that passes stay with real fans.
