Miami – October 11, 2026 -- Travelers at Miami International Airport (MIA) can now book a personal concierge from curb to gate, starting at $99 for departures and $199 for arrivals, with no CLEAR+ membership required.
CLEAR (NYSE: YOU) launched Concierge Powered by CLEAR as an airport-wide service. CLEAR Concierge is available to CLEAR+ Members at 34 airports. MIA is the only one where it is open to all travelers.
Ambassadors guide travelers from the curb to the gate
The service covers baggage support and personal guidance through the terminal. CLEAR Ambassadors provide on-the-ground help and are easy to identify. CLEAR says the service is built for families, international visitors, business travelers and older passengers, as well as anyone who wants extra support on travel day.
The launch comes ahead of America250 and the FIFA World Cup
Miami-Dade County expects millions of visitors for summer events, including America250 celebrations and World Cup matches. Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said the county is always looking for new ways to improve convenience across the MIA journey, and she commended CLEAR for widening a premium offering at the airport.
Kyle McLaughlin, EVP of Aviation at CLEAR, described airports as the first and last impression of a city. He said the service aims to bring more hospitality and trust to the trip from home to gate.
CLEAR added biometric eGates at MIA in January
The concierge service follows CLEAR's January launch of biometric eGates at MIA. CLEAR+ Members use them to verify their identity in under five seconds, then go straight to physical screening.
