Until the mid-1990s, the listed building opposite KölnMesse belonged to Deutsche Post, the German Post Office. In 2005, the building was redeveloped to become a light-flooded exhibition space, which now has a reputation as a source of information and inspiration, a meeting point and a specialised showroom for contemporary furniture design. Today, Design Post is a communication platform and a networking hub for the furniture industry, for planners, architects and consumers. Our PR agency supports Design Post’s special events with PR and press office services.

Visitors were enthusiastic about the wide-ranging programme and the enormous selection of products and services provided by the more than 1,900 exhibitors in the 17 halls on the exhibition site. The international water sports community was delighted by nine unique days in Düsseldorf with a mix of stimulating networking, successful business and memorable experiences.

Best atmosphere in 17 exhibition halls The next summer (-vacation) will surely come At the halfway point of the fair, boot Düsseldorf 2020 is fully on course. CEO Werner Matthias Dornscheidt: "We are riding on a real wave of success. The atmosphere in the 17 boot halls is excellent.” Boats, sailing and super yachts will delight visitors in Halls 1 to 6 and 15 to 17, while hands-on activities such as surfing, SUP (both in Hall 8a), diving (Halls 11 and 12), paddling (Hall 14) and sailing (Hall 15) will be major attractions for the young and young-at-heart. By the middle of the week, halfway through the boot, 125,000 water sports enthusiasts had already streamed into the Düsseldorf exhibition halls. The "Sea Women of Melanesia" were delighted to win this year's award, which is endowed with 20,000 euros - provided by the Prince Albert II Foundation and boot Düsseldorf.
