The Itovebi-based regimen more than doubled progression-free survival compared to the standard treatment of palbociclib and fulvestrant alone.

The INAVO120 study evaluated Itovebi in combination with palbociclib and fulvestrant in patients with HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer with a PIK3CA mutation, one of the most common mutations in this type of cancer.
