Monde Nissin Corporation’s Malvar Plant Achieves IWS Phase 2 Status
SHERIDAN, WYOMING – February 12, 2025 – SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Feb. 12, 2025 – The Malvar Plant of Monde Nissin Corporation (MNC) has achieved the Phase 2 Integrated Work System (IWS) status, becoming the first MNC site to do so. This accomplishment follows a rigorous assessment evaluating business results, safety and quality foundations, operational/manufacturing excellence, capability, and organization culture parameters.
What is IWS?
IWS is a business and operational excellence strategy developed by Procter & Gamble (P&G). MNC utilizes IWS under licensing agreements. It integrates best practices from various supply chain methodologies, including total productive maintenance (TPM), high-performance work systems (HPWS), continuous improvement via PDCA, and P&G’s best practices for supply chain mastery.
