Leasys Secures €100 Million in Funding to Accelerate Energy Transition

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Jan. 27, 2025 – Leasys S.p.A., a leading povider of mobility solutions, today announced the successful pricing of a €100 million offering of unsecured senior debt securities due January 2028. The transaction was finalized through a private placement with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) and represents the first public issuance under Leasys' Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN) in 2025.

The proceeds from the offering will be used to finance the acquisition of electric vehicles (EVs) that Leasys will offer to its customers, thereby promoting the transition to sustainable mobility.
