Effective February 1, 2024, Southern Glazer's will assume the exclusive distribution rights for TWG's comprehensive portfolio in six additional states: Hawaii, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
This strategic move builds upon a successful national alignment established in March 2023, solidifying the long-standing relationship between the two industry leaders. The expanded collaboration will enable TWG to leverage Southern Glazer's expansive distribution network, robust national accounts reach, cutting-edge Proof® e-commerce platform, and advanced data and insights capabilities to further accelerate its growth trajectory.
