DeepRoute.ai Unveils Vision-Language-Action Model at Seoul Mobility Show

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – April 20, 2025 - Pioneering VLA technology makes South Korean debut as part of DeepRoute.ai’s global expansion strategy

Global Debut of Cutting-Edge AI Technology
DeepRoute.ai made a bold statement at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show, officially introducing its innovative Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model to the South Korean market. The showcase marks a significant milestone in the company’s international growth, as it sets the stage for future integration with leading automakers across the region.

Versatile and Future-Ready AI System
The VLA model supports both camera-only and lidar-camera fusion configurations, making it highly adaptable for a variety of autonomous driving setups. It is compatible with multiple chip platforms, enabling seamless integration across a broad range of vehicle types. DeepRoute.ai confirmed plans to integrate the VLA model into more than five vehicle models within 2025.

Real-Time Reasoning for Safer Driving
What sets the VLA model apart is its ability to perform long-context understanding, evaluating driving scenarios over extended timeframes—up to a dozen seconds. This allows the system to provide a step-by-step explanation of its decisions, detailing its observations, predictions, and planned actions in real time.

Strategic Collaboration with South Korea’s Auto Industry
“South Korean auto makers have been at the forefront of smart driving innovation, rapidly integrating the latest technologies into mass-production models,” said Maxwell Zhou, CEO of DeepRoute.ai. “With our extensive experience in scaling smart driving vehicles for the Chinese market, we look forward to collaborating closely with South Korean manufacturers to advance AI-powered mobility.”

A Vision for Global AI Mobility
Founded in 2019 by Maxwell Zhou, DeepRoute.ai is based in Shenzhen and has established a global footprint. The company has raised over US$500 million through six funding rounds, demonstrating strong investor confidence. DeepRoute.ai’s long-term goal is to develop artificial general intelligence (AGI) by using series production vehicles and large-scale robotaxi deployment to amass real-world data. This information will be used to build an AI brain with “human-level wisdom”, aimed at boosting productivity across industries.
