SHERIDAN, WYOMING – November 29, 2024 - BMW Motorrad USA is gearing up for an exciting 2025 model year with the introduction of new motorcycles, innovative features, and a premium service enhancement that sets a new standard in the industry. Riders can look forward to a range of updates across various models, including the CE 02, CE 04, G 310 R, G 310 GS, F 800 GS, F 900 GS, F 900 GS Adventure, R 12, R 12 nineT, R 1300 GS, R 1300 GS Adventure, S 1000 R, S 1000 RR, S 1000 XR, M 1000 R, M 1000 RR, M 1000 XR, K 1600 GT, K 1600 GTL, and K 1600 B/Grand America.
Ultimate Care Break-In Service: A Premium Touch
For the first time in the US market, BMW Motorrad is including the Ultimate Care Break-In Service as a standard feature on all new 2025 models. This premium service, also known as the "600 Mile Service," provides customers with added peace of mind and ensures their motorcycles are running optimally from the start.
Model-Specific Updates
In addition to the Ultimate Care Break-In Service, several models receive updates for the 2025 model year:
- CE 02: BMW Connected Services are no longer available on this model.
- CE 04: The Premium Package now includes an Adaptive Headlight, Ride Modes Pro, ABS Pro, and Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM). Seat heating is now a standalone option.
- F 800 GS: The Premium Package now includes Headlight Pro, Heated Grips, and Hand Protection.
- F 900 GS: The M Endurance Chain is removed from the Premium Package but remains included with the Enduro Package Pro and Off-Road Package.
- R 12: The Premium Package now features Headlight Pro Black instead of Headlight Pro Silver. A USB-C outlet has been added to the optional Connected Ride Control.
- R 12 nineT: Headlight Pro Black replaces Headlight Pro Aluminum in the Premium Package. A USB-C outlet has been added to the optional Connected Ride Control.
- R 1300 GS: The Automated Shift Assistant (ASA) with automated clutch operation is now available, enhancing convenience and offering a new riding experience.
- R 1300 GS Adventure: This all-new model features a new 1,300 cc boxer engine, redesigned chassis, new electronic assist systems, and a host of advanced features for long-distance riding.
- S 1000 R: Increased power to 170 hp, M Quick-Action Throttle, standard MSR Engine Drag Torque Control, optimized Shift Assistant, and updated styling are among the key updates.
- S 1000 RR: Revised aerodynamics with new winglets, standard Pro Riding Modes, M Quick-Action Throttle, and updated styling enhance this high-performance machine.
- M 1000 R: New M Winglets for increased downforce, M Quick-Action Throttle, and updated colors enhance the performance and style of this dynamic roadster.
- M 1000 RR: Updated engine internals, revised aerodynamics, new standard electronic assist systems, M Quick-Action Throttle, and new colors refine this track-focused superbike.
- K 1600 GT and K 1600 GTL: The Premium Package now includes a Center Stand. Updated optional colors are also available.
- K 1600 B / Grand America: A new Style Exclusive Mineral Grey Metallic color replaces the previous Manhattan Metallic Matte option.
