Most notably, the new Reliance Summer tires boast a wet road braking distance reduced by 1.80 meters (as tested by UTAC in September 2024 on a Peugeot 308 with 205/55 R16 tires). The wet grip rating has also been upgraded from B to A on the EU label, offering increased confidence and shorter stopping distances in challenging conditions.
Noise levels have been slightly reduced as well—from 71 to 70 dB—creating a quieter and more comfortable driving experience.

This minimizes aquaplaning risk and boosts traction on wet surfaces.
