SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Jan. 13, 2025 – The water sports community gathered at boot Düsseldorf for a weekend of fun, excitement, and discovery. With 16 exhibition halls packed with boats, gear, and experts, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
Surfing, Diving, Sailing, and More
Surfers took to the waves in the dedicated surfing hall, while diving enthusiasts explored the underwater world in the try-out pool. Sailing enthusiasts learned new skills at the boot Sailing School, and paddlers and e-gamers found their communities in designated areas.
Dream Destinations and Luxurious Yachts
Visitors seeking their dream destinations found inspiration at the Destination Seaside in Hall 13. The Superboat Hall 5 and Luxury Yacht Hall 6 showcased the latest and greatest in boating, with many futuristic yachts unveiled for the first time.
A Unique Gathering of Industry Leaders
"This density of premieres is unique worldwide at a water sports fair," said boot Director Petros Michelidakis. Flagship Night and Awards
The highlight of the weekend was the Flagship Night, where the best yachts and motorboats of the year were presented. The 'European Yacht of the Year 2025' (EYOTY) and 'European Powerboat of the Year 2025' (EPOTY) awards were presented, along with the 'SEAMASTER Award' for solo and non-stop circumnavigation of the globe.
Record Attendance and Growing Excitement
A total of around 55,000 visitors from 89 countries attended boot Düsseldorf over the weekend. The trade fair continues until January 26, and tickets are available online at boot.club.
