Anyone familiar with the tides on the Atlantic Coast will regard amphibious boats a real must. As soon as the tide ebbs out, the Iguana Foiler activates its tracks. This extraordinary boat has already become a tradition: Frenchman Antoine Brugidou already counts nine different amphibious powerboats in his portfolio under the Iguana brand.
By introducing the Iguana Foiler he has now updated the concept in line with the latest technical developments. On land the boat moves – like on its own trailer – on tracks, in the water it rides the waves on foils. The Iguana Foiler is speeded up to 30 knots by an electric motor; but what is more important than speed for the Iguana Foiler is its symbiosis of universal applicability and sustainability – and with a twist when it comes to recognition levels.
