SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Dec. 18, 2024 – Audi Sport customer racing teams have continued their winning streak, securing multiple titles and victories in various touring car championships around the globe. From Italy to Australia, the Audi RS 3 LMS and Audi R8 LMS GT3 have proven their performance capabilities on the track.

Audi RS 3 LMS Dominates in Italy

The Audi RS 3 LMS has once again demonstrated its prowess in the Coppa Italia Turismo. Demir Eröge, driving for Aikoa Racing, clinched the overall championship title, while his teammate Francesco Cardone secured the DSG classification for cars with dual-clutch transmissions.

The final races at Misano witnessed a dominant performance by Audi drivers. Denis Babuin, behind the wheel of the Planet Motorsport Audi RS 3 LMS, claimed victory in both 25-minute sprint races.

TCR European Endurance Success

The Audi RS 3 LMS also tasted success in the inaugural TCR European Endurance series. The driver pairing of Eric Brigliadori and Turgut Konukoğlu secured the overall championship title, adding to Audi Sport customer racing's impressive tally of six TCR driver titles this season.

Victories Down Under

The TCR Australia finale at Bathurst saw Zac Soutar, driving the Tufflift Racing Audi RS 3 LMS, claim victory in the first sprint race. Despite challenges in the subsequent races, Soutar secured a commendable second place in the overall championship standings.

Audi R8 LMS GT3 Triumphs in Australia

Audi customer teams also made their mark in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS. The Shaw & Partners/Kelso Electrical team, with drivers Will Brown and Brad Schumacher, took the top spot in the first race at Bathurst. In the second race, Alex Peroni and Mark Rosser, driving for BRM/ACM Finance, secured their second victory of the season.

Audi R8 LMS GT4 Shines in France

The Audi R8 LMS GT4 showcased its capabilities in the Ultimate Cup Series in France. Julien Goujat, driving for Team Speedcar, dominated the UCS4 class, winning all four 25-minute sprint races at Le Castellet. Fellow Audi driver Pierre Arraou secured the UCS4 class title with a strong performance throughout the season.
