SHERIDAN, WYOMING – August 20, 2024 – The summer break is over, and the BWT Alpine F1 Team is ready to roar back into action at the highly anticipated Dutch Grand Prix. The team is heading to the challenging Circuit Zandvoort with renewed energy and determination, aiming to build on their recent successes and continue their upward trajectory in the 2024 FIA Formula 1 World Championship.

Drivers Refreshed and Ready

Both Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly are returning to the cockpit feeling recharged and eager to race. Ocon, who secured his best finish of the season at Spa before the break, is particularly excited about the atmosphere in Zandvoort."The dedication and energy the Dutch fans bring to the weekend can really motivate you as a driver," he remarked.

Gasly, who has fond memories of his podium finish at Zandvoort last year, is also looking forward to the challenge."It’s brilliant to be heading back to Zandvoort," he said. "Last year was obviously a great weekend... It’s something I will look back on with great memories as it was my first Grand Prix podium with Alpine."

Zandvoort: A Track That Demands Precision

The Circuit Zandvoort, with its tight corners, high speeds, and limited overtaking opportunities, is a true test of driver skill and strategic prowess. Both Ocon and Gasly acknowledge the importance of qualifying well and executing a smart race strategy to maximize their chances of success.

Alpine Academy's Abbi Pulling Aims to Extend Lead

In addition to the Formula 1 action, the weekend will also see Alpine Academy driver Abbi Pulling compete in Round 4 of the F1 Academy series. Currently leading the championship standings, Pulling is determined to maintain her momentum and further solidify her position at the top.

A Promising Outlook for the Second Half of the Season

The BWT Alpine F1 Team has made significant progress since the start of the season, and they are confident that they can carry this momentum into the remaining races. With both drivers in top form and the team's continuous development efforts, Alpine is poised to deliver strong performances and fight for points in the highly competitive midfield battle.

As the Dutch Grand Prix approaches, the team is ready to embrace the passionate atmosphere and tackle the unique challenges of the Zandvoort circuit.
