The Sporting Regulations for the highly anticipated Trofeo Lancia, nearing final approval from ACI Sport, are now available, along with the registration form for the one-make championship featuring the new Ypsilon Rally4 HF. This vehicle has already seen strong demand, with over 80 units sold in just three months.
A Rich Prize Pool and Career Opportunity
The Trofeo Lancia boasts a substantial prize pool of €360,000, making it one of the most lucrative in the Italian national rally scene. Beyond the financial rewards, the championship offers a unique opportunity: the winner, if under 35 years old, will join the official Lancia Corse HF team for the 2026 FIA ERC season.
Championship Format and Structure
The six scheduled rallies, encompassing five events, will award points to all finishers, with a tiered system favoring the top 20 competitors. Adding another layer of competition, three new challenges within each race—Best Performer, Miki Stage, and Rally+—will distribute bonus points.
Entry Options and Support
The Full Season registration fee is €2,500. However, options are available for those wishing to participate in select races. The "Villaggio Lancia Corse HF" will serve as the central hub for each Trofeo rally, fostering a sense of community and shared passion within the service parks.
2025 Rally Calendar
The 2025 season aligns with the CIAR dates, commencing on May 9th with the Rally Targa Florio, followed by the Rally Due Valli fifteen days later. July features the Rally di Roma Capitale, a key event also part of the European Championship. The Rome event will consist of two separate races for the Trophy, allowing teams to minimize travel expenses and compete for double prize money: the first leg will count as Round 3, and the second as Round 4. After the summer break, the Trofeo Lancia continues with the Rally del Lazio before concluding with the legendary Rallye di Sanremo.
Pre-Season Presence
Prior to the official Trofeo start, Lancia Corse HF will be present at the Rally Regione Piemonte with full facilities and hospitality, underscoring the deep connection between Lancia and the Piedmont region. This event will serve as a symbolic prelude to what promises to be an exciting and rewarding season.
Vehicle Delivery and Technical Regulations
Deliveries of the new Lancia Ypsilon Rally4 HF will begin in March, coinciding with the release of the Technical Regulations.
