SHERIDAN, WYOMING – November 16, 2024 – Stellantis Motorsport is making its mark on the Canadian Rally Championship scene with the Peugeot 208 Rally4. Following a successful debut at the Rallye de Charlevoix, where the car secured an impressive 11th overall position and 3rd in the 2WD category with driver Maxime Galpin, the 208 Rally4 is now gearing up for the next challenge: the Lincoln Electric Rally of the Tall Pines.
Max McRae Takes the Wheel
For this upcoming event, held in Ontario on November 22nd-23rd, the Peugeot 208 Rally4 will be piloted by none other than Max McRae. McRae, a rising star in the rally world, comes from a legendary racing lineage as the nephew of Colin McRae and son of Alister McRae. He will be partnered with experienced co-driver Cameron Fair, with whom he has already achieved significant success in the European Rally Championship (ERC), including two victories in the ERC Junior 2024 with the Peugeot 208 Rally4.
A New Challenge on Canadian Soil
McRae is eager to tackle the challenging Canadian forest tracks, known for their demanding conditions, especially with the onset of winter. The Lincoln Electric Rally of the Tall Pines will put his skills and the capabilities of the Peugeot 208 Rally4 to the test.

The Rallye de Charlevoix provided a strong foundation for the Peugeot 208 Rally4's Canadian debut. Driver Maxime Galpin delivered a flawless performance, showcasing the car's reliability and ease of handling, even for a beginner in challenging conditions. Galpin and co-driver Olivier Landreville secured their first career podium with their impressive 3rd place finish in the 2WD category.
