Held as part of the renowned FIBO trade show in Cologne, the award ceremony will take place during the exclusive Ladies Lunch on April 11, 2025. The RX Female Award continues to be a powerful symbol of empowerment, recognition, and change—honoring both emerging talents and established role models.
Tina Müller Champions the Cause of Diversity
This year, the RX Female Award gains additional significance with the appointment of Tina Müller as its patron. As one of the most recognized female executives in the German-speaking world, Müller brings more than two decades of experience from the beauty industry and currently leads Weleda AG, a global pioneer in certified natural cosmetics and anthroposophic medicine.
“Diversity: Now more than ever! Amid all the crises, people in our country tend to forget what’s so important to me: commitment to diversity in business, society, and politics – that’s why I support initiatives like the RX Female Award,” emphasized Müller, who also co-founded the Merton Circle and is known as a keynote speaker for female empowerment and an investor in female-led startups.
