SHERIDAN, WYOMING – September 7, 2024 – The boot Düsseldorf 2025 is making waves with a fresh campaign and an array of new features that promise to make the 56th edition of the world's largest boat and water sports trade fair an unforgettable experience. The event, scheduled for January 18-26, 2025, will showcase over 1,500 exhibitors from around the globe, filling 16 halls with boats, yachts, boards, diving equipment, and destination booths.
The new campaign, centered around the theme "We love water," celebrates the passion and connection that water sports enthusiasts share with their favorite element. The campaign features real people who embody the spirit of the sport, from sailing and motorboating to diving and surfing. The accompanying song, also titled "We love water," is an infectious tune that captures the joy and excitement of being on the water.
boot Düsseldorf Director Petros Michelidakis emphasized the campaign's message, stating, "The new claim 'We love water' reflects exactly this connection. It is simple, concise, and suitable for all water sports enthusiasts and all those who want to become one." The campaign also aims to promote respect for the water and encourage greater sustainability within the industry.
The trade fair is committed to supporting the entire industry and attracting younger audiences to the world of water sports. The "Sailing Plaza" and "Sailing School" in Hall 15 will offer tips for beginners, boat and trip advice, and the opportunity to practice sailing maneuvers under the guidance of experienced instructors. The "Boating Plaza" in Hall 3 will cater to motorboat enthusiasts, providing information on various boat and engine types and boat license classes.
Service is a top priority at boot 2025. A new initiative offers a free day ticket to anyone who obtains a German sport boat license between January 2024 and January 2025 from partner organizations. The boot.club members can also enjoy a special offer, allowing them to visit the fair for two days at the price of a single day ticket. Families will benefit from free admission for children under 12, and a free coat check will be available at all entrances.
For camping enthusiasts and surfers traveling with vans or camper vans, a surf camp will be set up at the Caravan Center in parking lot P1, with a daily fee of just €25.00. A newly developed trade fair app will help visitors plan their day and navigate the event.
With its focus on innovation, sustainability, and engaging experiences for all, boot Düsseldorf 2025 is set to make a splash in the world of water sports. As Michelidakis confidently stated, "The boot Düsseldorf has been the undisputed leader of international water sports trade fairs for many years and will certainly retain this position in the future."
