SHERIDAN, WYOMING – October 18, 2024 – Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems and Broadcom are strengthening their 20-year collaboration, with T-Systems achieving the highest partner level in the Broadcom Advantage Partner Program. This enhanced partnership will enable T-Systems to offer an expanded portfolio of VMware-based managed private cloud services, including sovereign cloud offerings, empowering customers to modernize their infrastructure and embrace advanced digital technologies.

Enhanced Cloud Services and White Label Options

T-Systems will leverage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to deliver managed private cloud services, enabling businesses to optimize costs, enhance scalability, and ensure the highest levels of reliability and security. The partnership will also allow T-Systems to offer white label services, providing VCSP-registered partners with licenses, support, and optional hosting services under their own branding.

"The partnership with Broadcom is an important component of our multi-cloud strategy. Supplemented by our hyperscaler solutions, we can offer our customers exactly what they need. And that worldwide," says Ferri Abolhassan, CEO of T-Systems and Member of the Deutsche Telekom Board of Management.

Accelerating Infrastructure Modernization and Cyber Resilience

"Broadcom will continue its close collaboration with T-Systems, one of our most valuable partners, to accelerate infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and cyber resilience for our joint customers, while supporting their needs with sovereign cloud services that enable data residency and other regulatory controls," said Hock Tan, CEO of Broadcom Inc.

A Longstanding Collaboration

The close collaboration between T-Systems and VMware, now part of Broadcom, spans approximately 20 years. T-Systems offers customers a migration tool for any IT infrastructure with its Future Cloud Infrastructure (FCI) and has established a VMware Cloud Center of Excellence to simplify and accelerate cloud migration for businesses.
