Connect Awards Triple Victory
In an unprecedented achievement, Deutsche Telekom clinched first place in all three major hotline tests conducted by Connect magazine. The company's hotlines for mobile, IPTV, and fixed-line services all earned the top spot, with the MagentaTV hotline even receiving the highest possible rating of "Outstanding" in all five evaluated categories.

Deutsche Telekom also dominated the digital customer service tests conducted by Chip magazine, securing first place in all four evaluated categories: mobile, fixed network, hosting, and TV/VoD providers. The Chip editorial team confirmed Telekom's leading position in accessibility and service, stating: "With consistently flawless results in the categories 'Information & Navigation' and 'Accessibility,' Telekom shows other providers how it's done. Other companies are not particularly reliable, especially in their accessibility."
