SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Feb. 7, 2025, – AKZENT Hotels is starting 2025 strong, welcoming three new hotels to its portfolio. The family- and owner-managed AKZENT Hotels, with their new brand identity, are delighted with the additions, particularly in southern Germany.
As of February 1st, the three new hotels are marketing themselves under the AKZENT Hotels umbrella brand. They benefit not only from brand presence but also from a comprehensive service package, joint marketing activities, a network that promotes exchange with other owner-managed hotels, and attracts new guests, an internal training program, purchasing advantages, and many other benefits.
AKZENT Hotel Sternen: A Historic Gem on Lake Constance
The AKZENT Hotel Sternen, located in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen on the shores of Lake Constance in southern Germany, boasts 40 rooms and a rich history dating back to 1205 when it was first mentioned as a simple mill of Salem Monastery. Today, the hotel offers the perfect starting point for all sorts of activities and modern Baden cuisine. It also features a 100m² conference and event room, along with other spaces available for events.
AKZENT Hotel am Schlosspark Herten: Ruhrgebiet Charm
The 3-star AKZENT Hotel am Schlosspark Herten, situated in Herten in the Ruhr area between Dortmund and Duisburg, offers 50 brightly furnished rooms. A restaurant with regional specialties and a terrace complete the offerings. Located directly by Herten Castle, the hotel provides easy access to the Veltins Arena and Movie Park Germany.
AKZENT Hotel Grüner Baum: Franconian Hospitality
Expanding the regional offerings, the AKZENT Hotel Grüner Baum is nestled in Dettelbach, in the Franconian wine region between Würzburg and Bamberg. This hotel features 17 rooms and provides guests with an extensive breakfast buffet. A terrace, as well as conference and event facilities with professional services, are also available.
Growth and Optimism for the Future
Currently comprising 75 hotels, AKZENT Hotels is looking forward to the year ahead. The group will hold its spring members' meeting in Dettelbach in March, where the new members will be officially welcomed.
