SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Feb. 17, 2025 – ARRIVE by Palisociety has officially opened its doors in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico, marking a significant expansion of the brand's national footprint. Overlooking the iconic Robinson Park, ARRIVE Albuquerque breathes new life into a historic 1965 building, offering a unique blend of contemporary design and southwestern charm.

A Contemporary Take on Southwestern Charm

The six-story property boasts 137 guestrooms, a seasonal pool and swim club, and a signature restaurant and bar, DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, designed to be a vibrant hub for both hotel guests and local residents. The hotel's exterior features a striking oversized mural created by renowned local artist, Nani Chacon, immediately capturing the attention of passersby.

Design by Palisociety: A First for the Brand

This project marks a milestone for ARRIVE by Palisociety, as the interior design was conceived and executed entirely by Palisociety founder, Avi Brosh, and the company's in-house design team. This is the first time the brand has taken full creative control of a property's interior aesthetics.

A Palette Inspired by the High Desert

The design narrative of ARRIVE Albuquerque unfolds through a carefully curated palette of sandy, high desert colors. These natural tones are punctuated by bold color blocking and patterning, creating a visually dynamic environment. The design also incorporates subtle nods to the 1970s and embraces organic, modern forms, furnishings, and fabrics.

Lobby and DWTNR: A Fusion of Style

The hotel's lobby serves as a striking introduction to its design philosophy. Two original ceiling domes are accentuated by contemporary pendant lights, while a red blaze quarry tile floor, inset with a mix of colored tiles in sky, ochre, white, and brick red, adds a touch of playful sophistication. Warm wood tones and lounge seating in a rich mix of colors and styles complete the inviting atmosphere. DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge continues the design story with mix-and-match fabric patterns, eye-catching tile accent walls, a tranquil fountain feature, and an abundance of lush greenery. "DWTNR’s design features mix-and-match fabric patterns, bold tile accent walls, a fountain feature and greenery," confirms a representative of the hotel.

Guestrooms: Comfort and Style in Harmony

The guestrooms at ARRIVE Albuquerque offer a haven of comfort and style. Warm pastel tones create a relaxing ambiance, complemented by floral upholstered headboards, custom-made furniture, and curated vintage art. Checkered floors, mid-century inspired lounge furniture, and a mix of patterns and textiles add layers of visual interest. Guests can enjoy premium in-room amenities, including Grown Alchemist bath products, Victrola speakers, Bellino fine linens, and a carefully curated minibar.

Amenities and Experiences

Beyond the stylish accommodations and dining options, ARRIVE Albuquerque provides guests with access to a seasonal pool and a 24/7 fitness center, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable stay. "The hotel is situated in a six-story, 1965 historic property and features 137 guestrooms; a seasonal pool and swim club; and DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, a signature restaurant for guests and locals," highlights a hotel representative.

The Expanding ARRIVE by Palisociety Portfolio

ARRIVE Albuquerque joins the ranks of other successful ARRIVE by Palisociety properties, including locations in Austin, Texas; Wilmington, North Carolina; Memphis, Tennessee; and Palm Springs, California. The ARRIVE brand was acquired by Avi Brosh's Palisociety in 2021, evolving into ARRIVE by Palisociety.
