SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Feb. 24, 2025 – Corinthia Hotels is set to make a grand entrance into Dubai, announcing a groundbreaking collaboration with Dubai General Properties to construct a 500-meter-tall mixed-use development. This ambitious project will feature a luxury hotel and branded residences, promising to reshape Dubai’s iconic skyline.
A New Landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road
Located on the redeveloping Sheikh Zayed Road, near the futuristic Museum of the Future, the Corinthia Dubai project is poised to become one of the world’s tallest buildings. This development will introduce Corinthia’s renowned hospitality to the vibrant city of Dubai, marking a significant milestone for the brand.
The architectural marvel will consist of a two-tower structure, ingeniously connected by a cantilevered sky lobby situated more than 200 meters above the ground. This distinctive feature, designed by lead architect and engineering firm AtkinsRéalis, will be a striking visual element visible from both the north and south elevations.
Luxury Hotel and Branded Residences
The tower will house the five-star Corinthia Dubai hotel, alongside Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and apartments. Each residence will offer breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai’s celebrated landmarks, ensuring an unparalleled living experience.
A highlight of the property will be its multiple pools, including a rooftop sky pool located at over 500 meters, which is set to become the highest outdoor pool in the world. The property will also feature four entry points, designed to facilitate seamless traffic flow.

The development aims to establish new benchmarks in both hospitality and residential living. Residents and guests will enjoy exclusive amenities, including Corinthia Wellness, a state-of-the-art spa featuring indoor and outdoor pools, cutting-edge fitness facilities, and dedicated wellness experts.
The property will also feature five restaurants and bars, a private members’ club, and beautifully landscaped green spaces designed to enhance air quality and overall well-being. The ballroom and event spaces will offer sweeping views of Jumeirah Beach, while select residences and penthouses will include private pools, adding an extra layer of exclusivity.
The total built-up area is expected to be 330,000 square meters, providing stunning views of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach.
Project Management and Completion
Dubai General Properties has entrusted Corinthia Group’s QP company to manage the project. “We have pioneered the project concierge service, bringing an integrated approach to design and development with our dynamic and capable team ensuring every detail is expertly managed,” said QP CEO Reuben Xuereb.
