The expansion begins with three exceptional properties in the Americas and Caribbean. The Strand in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, offers guests a serene beachfront experience overlooking Cooper Jack Bay. This resort emphasizes private villas, infinity pools, and a commitment to sustainable luxury, with opportunities for fishing and island excursions. Hotel AWA in Puerto Varas, Chile, situated on the banks of Lake Llanquihue, provides a blend of contemporary design and cultural heritage. This family-owned retreat features farm-to-table dining, a wellness spa, and guided adventures in the stunning Chilean Patagonia.
