Her proven track record includes serving as the director of sales at both the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino and the Grand Cayman Marriott Resort.

Voullieme's leadership has consistently delivered exceptional results. Notably, in 2009, she spearheaded initiatives that led her team to exceed budgeted occupancy by 3.5%. This achievement was coupled with a significant boost in the hotel’s RevPAR ranking, elevating it from third to first in its competitive market.
