Katelyn Wiersma named Regional Director, Sales at McNeill
Germantown, Tennessee-based McNeill Hotel Company has officially named Katelyn Wiersma as regional director, sales. In her new position, Wiersma will report directly to Marci Jacobs, VP, sales and revenue generation. She will work closely with sales and operational leaders across her assigned hotel portfolio.
Driving Sales Growth and Strategy
Wiersma to oversee revenue opportunities and long-term strategy
Wiersma’s role includes developing and converting revenue opportunities within the group, negotiated, and event segments. She will also provide guidance on revenue forecasting and long-term sales strategies, supporting McNeill’s hotels in growing market share through strategic planning and performance optimization.
Hospitality Expertise Spanning Over a Decade
Wiersma brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the table
Prior to joining McNeill, Wiersma spent more than four years with Springwood Hospitality as opening/area director, sales and new hotel development associate. In addition to her sales responsibilities, she played a key role in market identification, brand partnerships, franchisee agreements, and budget planning.
Her career history also includes leadership roles with Hawkeye Hotels as corporate director, sales; Sage Hospitality as task force director, sales; and a variety of property-level management assignments.
