Omni Hotels & Resorts has officially welcomed Adam Hayashi as its new Chief Revenue Officer, marking a significant move in the brand’s pursuit of enhanced revenue performance and expanded market presence. In his new position, Hayashi is tasked with steering Omni's topline revenue strategy while strengthening its foothold in a highly competitive hospitality landscape. He reports directly to Jeff Doane, Omni’s Chief Commercial Officer.
Bringing decades of experience to a growing hospitality brand
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Hayashi brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative leadership to Omni. His most recent role was at Accor, where he served as Global Vice President of Revenue Management, Distribution & BI. In that capacity, he supported over 120 hotels under prestigious brands such as Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Raffles Hotels & Resorts.
