Remington Hospitality Expands Leadership Team

Remington Hospitality has appointed Greg Nurse as the new executive vice president of operations and David Hiatt as vice president of operations.

Nurse will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to enhance Remington’s operational efficiency and expand its partnerships with ownership groups and hospitality brands. With extensive experience managing various global and domestic brands, including collaborations with private equity firms and independent owners, Nurse brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.

Hiatt, a seasoned industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, previously held leadership roles at Western States Lodging and Management and Schulte Hospitality. In his new role, Hiatt will focus on hotel operations, owner relations, and team development, further strengthening Remington Hospitality's operational framework.

Trinity Investments Promotes Craig Lovett to Managing Director of Development

Trinity Investments has promoted Craig Lovett to managing director of development. Lovett, who joined Trinity in 2017 as vice president of development, was promoted to senior vice president in 2022. Since then, he has overseen the repositioning of Trinity’s properties and successfully managed over $750 million in capital projects.

“Craig has proven himself to be the best design and construction executive in the industry and has been an integral part of Trinity’s growth and success,” said Greg Dickhens, principal and managing partner at Trinity Investments. “There is no one I trust more than Craig to conceptualize and deliver projects at the level Trinity and our partners expect.”

Hilton Anatole Appoints Josh Franklin as Director of Wellness and Recreation

Hilton Anatole has named Josh Franklin as the new director of wellness and recreation. Franklin will oversee all wellness, recreation, and fitness operations, including the JadeWaters Resort Pool Complex and Verandah Athletic Club & Spa. His previous leadership roles at Reynolds Outfitters at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee, and Hotel del Coronado have equipped him with the expertise to enhance Hilton Anatole’s wellness offerings.

Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco Promotes Nicola Migheli to Managing Director

Luxury resort Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, located in Montalcino, Tuscany, has promoted Nicola Migheli to managing director. Previously serving as the hotel’s manager, Migheli has over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality. Before joining Rosewood in 2023, he was the director of operations at JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa.

Hotel Arts Barcelona Appoints Renato De Oliveira as General Manager

Hotel Arts Barcelona has appointed Renato De Oliveira as general manager. With a two-decade career in the hospitality industry, De Oliveira has extensive experience with The Ritz-Carlton brand. His journey with Hotel Arts Barcelona began in 2004 as an intern, later becoming the assistant director of the Rooms Division.

Since then, De Oliveira has held senior leadership positions at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago, and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia. Most recently, he served as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Maldives, Fari Islands.

Marriott Names Robert Nokley as General Manager at The Westin Cape Coral Resort

Marriott has appointed Robert Nokley as the new general manager of The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village.
