
SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Feb. 28, 2025 – JCJ Architecture, a leading planning, architecture, and interior design firm, has announced the promotion of Mary Faria to the role of Eastern Managing Director. This strategic move leverages Faria’s extensive operational expertise to enhance project delivery and resource management across the firm’s East Coast operations.

With over 34 years of experience in design firm operations, Mary Faria brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position. She will be instrumental in supporting existing contracts, ensuring adherence to critical path schedules, and strategically utilizing JCJ’s employee-owners’ diverse capabilities.
In her role as Eastern Managing Director, Faria will focus on resource planning and allocation throughout the region, aligning operations with JCJ’s stringent standards for project delivery and excellence. She will serve as the primary liaison between operations, project management, and other key departments, fostering optimized performance and consistent processes.

Faria’s journey with JCJ began in 2023 following the firm’s acquisition of Group One Partners, where she served as co-owner/principal for more than three decades. During her tenure at Group One, she oversaw a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including design, architecture, accounting, finance, administration, and human resources.

Since joining JCJ, Faria has maintained her role as principal in charge of key hospitality projects in Boston, utilizing her management acumen and mentorship to guide the Boston design teams. In her expanded role, she will extend her leadership across JCJ’s regional studios, aligning resources, fostering interoffice collaboration, and driving business objectives to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
