Following his graduation, Kremer swiftly ascended through the ranks, holding key positions such as General Manager and Regional Director at prestigious organizations including Tharaldson Enterprises, TMI Hospitality, Aimbridge, and Hawkeye Hotels. He joined McNeill Hotel Company in February 2022 as regional director, operations, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational acumen.
