This marks the vessel's inaugural voyage to the Americas, underscoring BYD's commitment to sustainable and efficient international logistics.
The EXPLORER NO.1, a state-of-the-art vessel equipped with advanced navigation systems, completed a 27-day transcontinental journey from China, carrying the largest single shipment of cars ever received by the Port of Suape – 5,459 new energy vehicles. With a capacity to transport up to 7,000 vehicles and measuring 199.9 meters in length, the EXPLORER NO.1 significantly enhances BYD's ability to meet the escalating global demand for its innovative new energy vehicle models.
